Number 2 on the priorities list is health. This one gets tricky. I have some good things going on, like developing a regular yoga practice, but also challenges, like the fact that I sit on my ass all day at work and could stand to drop a good 50 pounds. The clothes rack in my bedroom doubles as a spin bike, but I haven’t used it for that alternative purpose in many months. I always say that I’m going to exercise every morning, but usually wake up later than I want to and don’t have time. When I get home from work, I’m tired and don’t want to do anything more than vegetate, even though I will be happier if I do something more active or productive.
